The presenters will explore working with marginally performing students, including how you can successfully navigate this challenge and who to contact for assistance.

The session will cover content including:

• MPP (Marginal Placement Performance) feedback – what is it and when to use it.
• The process for including the WIL academic team – how we can help.
• Documenting supervisor-student interactions.
• What to do if the student crosses the professional line.
