This free face-to-face professional development session for health professionals, held in Wagga Wagga, will focus on how to have tough talks, give self-care, and maintain boundaries.

The aims of this workshop include:

  • Tough talks – you will explore how to plan, approach and use tools for tough talks and courageous conversations.

The learning objectives of this workshop are:

  • Discuss the difference between a tough talk and courageous conversation and why they are important.
  • Discuss the barriers to having tough talks with colleagues, managers or others both personally and professionally and why people avoid them.
