Cowra

Cowra is a charming town surrounded by vineyards, waterways and pretty countryside in the beautiful Lachlan Valley of New South Wales. Situated on the banks of the Lachlan River, Cowra is located on the traditional lands of the Wiradjuri peoples.

It is approximately four hour’s drive west of Sydney and one hour from Bathurst and Orange.

Three Rivers DRH off-campus accommodation

The Three Rivers DRH Cowra student accommodation is located in a quiet residential area. The house is a five-minute drive (40-minute walk) to the Cowra Health Service and town centre.

This facility comprises a modern four-bedroom home – providing comfortable and affordable accommodation for four students at any one time.

Facilities provided

  • Own bedroom (lockable) with queen size bed
  • Furnished open plan living/dining area and fully equipped kitchen – shared communal areas
  • Shared unisex bathroom facilities
  • Shared laundry facilities with front load washer and clothes dryer provided – bring your own washing detergent
  • Heating and cooling – personal electrical heating appliances may not be used at any time; fan heaters and bar heaters are not permitted
  • All linen, including sheets and towels
  • Enclosed rear garden area with barbecue available
  • On-site car parking for at least two vehicles in the garage; on-street parking is also available
  • Wi-fi available

Do not bring personal electrical heating appliances with you to the accommodation. Due to fire risk, fan heaters and bar heaters are not permitted for use in our off-campus properties.
