The Three Rivers DRH Parkes student accommodation is in a quiet residential area. The house is a two-minute drive (15-minute walk) to the Lachlan Health Service – Parkes Campus and a five-minute drive (30-minute walk) to the town centre.
This facility comprises a modern three-bedroom home – providing comfortable and affordable accommodation for three students at any one time.
Do not bring personal electrical heating appliances with you to the accommodation. Due to fire risk, fan heaters and bar heaters are not permitted for use in our off-campus properties.

Located at 7 Court Street in Parkes, the space is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with staffing during business hours.
