Tumut is a picturesque town in the Riverina region of New South Wales, situated on the banks of the Tumut River.
Tumut sits on the northwest foothills of the Snowy Mountains and is located on the traditional lands of the Wiradjuri, Ngungawal and Wolgalu Aboriginal peoples.

The Three Rivers DRH Tumut student accommodation is located in a quiet residential area. The house is a five-minute drive (30-minute walk) to the Tumut District Hospital and the town centre.
This facility comprises a modern four-bedroom home – providing comfortable and affordable accommodation for four students at any one time.
Do not bring personal electrical heating appliances with you to the accommodation. Due to fire risk, fan heaters and bar heaters are not permitted for use in our off-campus properties.
If you need a quiet study space, high-speed internet, or academic support, please reach out to the County Universities Centre (CUC) Snowy Valleys. Open from 7.00am to midnight at 81 Capper Street, Tumut, and staffed during business hours, the space allows students to access services for free and connect with other students in the area.
