Biography

Cassie is currently leading the Deniliquin aspect of the Rural Health Multidisciplinary Training (RHMT) program's Aged Care Extension Project.

Cassie has over 40 years of experience in acute clinical nursing, including tertiary, rural and rural emergency. During the past 15 years, she has worked as a clinical nurse educator, locally and regionally, with Murrumbidgee Local Health District.

She holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, is credentialed for remote area nursing and is a marriage celebrant. Cassie enjoys creative writing and home renovation.

Cassie enjoys teaching topics of interest and clinical relevance to students and staff at aged care facilities.
