Pathways Coordinators
We’re looking for a Pathways Coordinator (North) and a Pathways Coordinator (South).
As the Pathways Coordinator (North or South), you will develop and implement initiatives to encourage rural-origin students to undergo health profession studies at Charles Sturt University.
You will apply teaching and learning methodologies to plan, present, and evaluate activities facilitating engagement with prospective health students. You will also take a leading role in guiding and supporting the student-led rural health club, which promotes and advocates for rural health and rural health workforce issues.
1 x position in Orange and 1 x position in Wagga Wagga
Other campus locations may be considered (excluding Port Macquarie)
Full-time, continuing. Level 7 - $98,467 to $107,591 pa (plus 17% superannuation)

Clinical supervisors
To provide innovative rural placement opportunities, we often employ or contract clinicians from various disciplinary backgrounds to provide clinical supervision during placement blocks. These opportunities are available across our footprint and generally involve face-to-face or online supervision of students for a few hours a week for a set placement block.
