This free 30-minute webinar is for health professionals and students and will cover a range of practical, easy-to-implement strategies you can use in everyday life without any fuss. Life is stressful, and by practicing self-care, we ensure we are doing everything our bodies and minds need to function at our best.
Self-care activities have been clinically proven to reduce stress and mental health conditions, improve productivity and boost energy levels. Delivered by Three Rivers staff, the presenters will align the simple, easy-to-use strategies to each of the pillars of self-care.
