Free residential and aged care staff professional development – Navigating Changed Behaviour in People Living with Dementia

The Navigating Changed Behaviour in People Living with Dementia workshop is a free three-hour face-to-face session for residential and aged care staff. You will learn about changed behaviour and evidence-based approaches to improving the wellbeing of people with dementia. This workshop is provided by Dementia Training Australia.

Learning objectives

After completing this workshop, you will have:

  • Greater understanding of the brain changes associated with dementia and how that may impact people living with dementia.
  • Greater understanding of changed behaviour and evidence-based approaches and models that improve the care and wellbeing of people living with dementia.
