This practical and interactive two-day workshop offers a unique opportunity to explore the latest research on cognitive rehabilitation and behaviour support approaches in the field of brain injury. You will gain a deep understanding of the critical role occupational therapists (OTs) play in supporting individuals with brain injuries, equipping you with the latest knowledge and skills to enhance your practice.

You will:

  • Learn the latest research in the field of brain injury rehabilitation, specifically related to cognition and behaviour.
  • Explore the unique contributions of OTs within large multidisciplinary teams.
  • Engage with real-life case studies, practical strategies, and insights from individuals with lived experience of brain injury and their families.
  • Apply newly learned strategies to your own case studies and develop actionable intervention plans.

This workshop is suitable for OTs at all stages of their career.

A certificate of attendance will be issued upon completion of the 13-hour course.
