Kathryn is a social worker with a background in mental health. She completed a Bachelor of Social Science (Psychology) in 2013 and a Master of Social Work (Professional Qualifying) in 2015.

She has worked in the Murrumbidgee region of NSW throughout her career. During this time, she has developed a passion for mental health practice, fostering mental health awareness, as well as clinical education, interprofessional education, and high-quality student supervision and placement experiences.

Kathryn is passionate about creating authentic learning experiences for students through work-integrated learning and simulation-enhanced interprofessional education.

Growing up in Central West NSW, Kathryn gained firsthand insight into the unique healthcare challenges faced by rural communities in accessing high-quality healthcare. At Three Rivers DRH, her goal is to bring about positive changes in rural healthcare.

Kathryn is involved in delivering continuing professional development for both health students and health professionals with Three Rivers DRH.

Kathryn has experience in student supervision and aims to encourage growth, diverse learning, and interprofessional exposure.
