Natalie is a registered nurse who worked rurally throughout the Riverina over the last 11 years in critical care, palliative care, community nursing and clinical education.

Natalie’s love of learning did not start until attending university as a mature-aged student, but it has inspired multiple graduate certificates in nursing and education. She has a passion for empowerment through education, wanting all people to get the support they need to learn.

Having lived and worked in rural and regional NSW, Natalie has lived experience of the challenges of accessing quality healthcare from several perspectives, including as a parent of a child living with special needs, including autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
