Advisory Board
Purpose
The Three Rivers DRH Advisory Board was established in June 2017 under the Agreement of the Memorandum Of Understanding signatory partners for the purpose of providing advice to the strategic and operational delivery of the Three Rivers DRH, as well as monitoring achievement of the strategic objectives and project deliverables/reporting requirement.

Function and Responsibilities
The Advisory Board:
- monitors and provides advice to the Director, Three Rivers DRH on the activities required to achieve the program outcomes including setting the strategic direction and partnerships to align with the Rural Health Multidisciplinary Training Program funding agreement schedule;
- oversees the conduct of the Three Rivers DRH in matters of governance and risk; and
- monitors the achievement of the Three Rivers DRH project milestones, budget and government reporting against the agreed project plan.
