Three Rivers DRH Placement Grant
Purpose
The Placement Grant has been developed to support eligible health discipline students from Charles Sturt University to undertake a clinical placement in the Three Rivers DRH footprint.
Eligible students can apply for $200 per week of placement for the first 5 weeks, then $100 per week up to a maximum of $3,000 to assist with costs associated when attending Workplace Learning placements.
If your application has been successful, payment will be made via bank transfer. Following acceptance and approval of the Placement Grant application, payment will be processed as close as possible to the placement commencement date. Every effort will be made to pay successful grant recipients before attending placement, but this cannot be guaranteed. Students should ensure that their bank details are accurately listed on the Student Administration website so that payments can be processed.
Early applications will be accepted; however, if more than 2 weeks before placement commencement, the payment of the grant may be held over until closer to placement attendance.
Please note: This Grant applies to Charles Sturt University students only. For students from other universities, you should consider your eligibility for the Three Rivers DRH Travel Support Scheme.
